Community irrigation system backflow testing for 2024 will be conducted during the last two weeks in May. Association members participating in the community testing must ensure your irrigation main valve is turned on prior to May 20th.

If you intend to use a private contractor for your backflow test, you MUST notify the association secretary no later than May 15th so your home can be removed from the community testing schedule. A copy of a successful 2024 backflow test report for your property must be provided to the association secretary no later than June 30th.
